We would like to thank our Earth Day Every Day 2008 supporters and announce to the Bali community that we raised RP 32 million at this year’s event

After all of our expenses, we raised over RP 32 million at this years’ Earth Day Every Day 2008 event. Not bad for a donation-only event, in which we provided free expo space for local environmental activists and Yayasans. The goal of this year’s event was to give exposure to our playground and arts center, as well as the future plans of this project.

We are currently looking for business investors in this project in order to secure the land where this year’s event took place. Another important donor is anyone who can provide recycled materials that will assist in the building of our project. Our hope is to plan, design and break ground by the end of this year. The proposed location of the playground and arts center is in Pengosekan, Ubud, on one hectare of land.
